Chip Ingram

Primemovers Founder & CEO, Living on the Edge

Chip Ingram is the teaching pastor and CEO of Living on the Edge, an international, multi-media teaching and discipleship ministry reaching more than a million people each week. His teaching can be heard on hundreds of radio stations and multiple television outlets worldwide as well as on the internet.

Chip did his undergraduate work at West Liberty State College, holds a master’s degree in education from West Virginia University, and a master’s in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. A best-selling author, Chip has written more than a dozen books, including Good to Great in God’s Eyes; Holy Ambition; The Real God; True Spirituality – Becoming a Romans 12 Christian; and The Invisible War.

Chip and his wife, Theresa, live in the Silicon Valley. They have four adult children and twelve grandchildren.

 

Kitty Allen

President

Kitty Allen is a builder of leaders, teams, and organizations. Kitty leads the ministry of Primemovers in her role as President. She is the owner of Built to Lead – The Allen Group, a leadership development firm, founded in 2004. She draws from over 30 years of experience in the corporate world and as a non-profit entrepreneur. Her consulting practice is focused on equipping leaders through training, board and staff development, and strategic planning.

Kitty is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree. She has four adult children and resides in central Ohio.

 

Don Ingle

National Director of Men’s Groups

Don Ingle is the National Director of Men’s Groups for Primemovers. Don brings a wealth of executive leadership from his career in the marketplace, leading both new ventures and established organizations. Don retired as the President of a business unit of Cinergy Corporation (now Duke Energy), a leader in the energy field. Don also has many years of successful leadership in men’s ministries serving in large churches.

Don and his wife, Anita, have two adult children and two grandchildren.

 

Gregg Dedrick

Board Member, Living on the Edge

Gregg Dedrick serves on the board of Living on the Edge Ministries. He is the founder and president of Spirit Ministries, a Louisville, Kentucky-based ministry that equips people to live a Spirit-led life and bring the kingdom of God wherever they go. Gregg has proven himself to be a trusted business partner through his diverse experience with companies across the United States, ranging from small non-profits to the Fortune 100. Many leaders and their teams have benefited from his winning approach, considerable experience, and accessible leadership style. Gregg’s previous work experience as the past president of Kentucky Fried Chicken and the chief people officer of Yum! Brands — the world’s largest restaurant corporation — positioned him as a highly-effective coach and company advisor.

In addition to serving on the board of directors for Living on the Edge, Gregg currently serves on the board of directors for Denny’s Restaurant Corporation. He is also a partner and co-founder of Whole Strategies, an organizational consulting firm focused on business strategy and culture.

Gregg lives in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife, Shelley, and their three daughters.
